Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform by driving portfolio performance, pricing, product lifecycle, and profitable growth.
• Analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Translate strategy into clear positioning, value propositions, campaigns, product launches, and annual marketing plans for the Swiss market.
• Equip sales teams with compelling messaging, tools, and training while supporting customer engagement through events and education programs.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeon communities to generate insights and support marketing initiatives.
• Define KPIs, track portfolio and campaign performance, manage the marketing budget, and optimize investments.
