Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a field-based MedTech Sales role covering the German-speaking region of Switzerland, primarily in the BioSurgery portfolio. You will collaborate with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions that enhance patient care.

In this role you will develop strategies to achieve sales targets, provide product consultation, and lead trainings for healthcare professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices or clinical settings.
• Experience in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, CV and/or surgery is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region.

Aufgaben

• Identify opportunities and develop strategies to hit sales targets in the Biosurgery portfolio.
• Provide product consultation and clinical application support to hospitals.
• Introduce innovations and drive adoption of new and existing product lines.
• Plan workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and procurement leaders.
• Grow market share in the German-speaking region of Switzerland.
• Deliver high-quality clinical and technical support during product use.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through partnership and service excellence.
