Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Switzerland seeks a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to expand our Surgery portfolio, strengthen market presence, and deliver innovative solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals in Switzerland.

You will own the Swiss marketing strategy, translate it into campaigns and launches, enable sales with compelling messaging, and collaborate across local, EMEA, and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field or marketing, with 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices.
• Languages: English and German fluency; French/Italian an advantage.
• Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform, driving portfolio performance, pricing, product lifecycle, and profitable growth.
• Analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Translate strategy into positioning, campaigns, product launches, and annual plans for the Swiss market.
• Enable sales with compelling messaging, tools, and training while supporting customer engagement through events and education.
• Build and manage relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders to support marketing initiatives.
