Johnson & Johnson MedTech Switzerland seeks a Field Marketing Manager for Surgery to drive the Swiss marketing strategy, portfolio performance, pricing, launches, and growth. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and engage with surgeon communities to strengthen advocacy and market presence.

The role requires 5+ years in medical devices marketing/sales, fluency in English and German, and strong leadership and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or marketing.
• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices.
• Fluency in English and German; French and/or Italian are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform, driving portfolio performance and growth.
• Translate strategy into GTM plans, campaigns, product launches, and annual marketing plans for Switzerland.
• Enable sales with compelling messaging, tools, and training while supporting customer engagement.
