Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Compliance Counsel for a remote-first role based in Switzerland. You will review digital product specs, advise on consumer protection and advertising standards, and monitor EU/US regulatory changes influencing product and marketing practices.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to implement governance, risk assessments, and training. English and Russian required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Knowledge of EU/US consumer protection and digital advertising regulations.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Strong English and Russian language skills at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review product specifications for compliance across websites and apps.
• Assess risks of features, user journeys, monetization, and service functionality.
• Advise on consumer protection and advertising compliance in EU/US markets.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support governance and training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into product development.
