Job summary

Jobgether partner company seeks a Senior Legal Counsel based in Switzerland to lead international gaming regulation, licensing, and corporate matters. You will advise senior leadership, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee complex international agreements from inception to execution.

The role is hands-on with broad autonomy, working cross-border across jurisdictions and market-entry strategies. Fully remote with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Requires qualified lawyer with strong iGaming regulatory know-how.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on gambling and iGaming regulations across jurisdictions.
• Oversee licensing, renewals, and ongoing regulatory obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B contracts with game providers and operators.
• Advise on regulatory implications of commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Support corporate governance and international corporate projects.
