Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner seeks a Web3 Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Specialist based in Switzerland. You will advise crypto-asset businesses, support licensing, conduct gap analyses, and develop governance and AML/CFT procedures aligned with MiCA and regional frameworks.

Collaborating with cybersecurity, product, and engineering teams, you will translate regulatory obligations into practical controls and scalable service offerings, shaping industry best practices in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Two to four years of digital-asset regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience supporting licensing processes for CASP/VASP or token issuer.
• Knowledge of MiCA, VARA, ADGM FSRA, DFSA or similar jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT, governance, cybersecurity, and tech controls in digital assets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regulatory consulting projects for CASPs, VASPs, token issuers, and digital-asset businesses.
• Assist with licensing readiness and authorization processes.
• Translate regulatory requirements into governance, AML/CFT procedures, cybersecurity measures, and operational policies.
• Perform regulatory gap assessments and remediation plans.
• Prepare regulatory analyses, reports, and documentation; present findings to clients.
• Develop reusable templates and scalable compliance tools and methodologies.
