Job summary

Jobgether in Switzerland seeks a Senior Counsel for Data Privacy & AI to shape privacy, data governance, and responsible AI across a global employment technology platform.

You will provide strategic legal guidance on privacy, data protection, and AI governance, partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, IT, and business teams to embed privacy-by-design and responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of GDPR and international data transfers.
• Experience advising on AI governance & regulation.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide privacy, data protection, and AI governance leadership across the platform.
• Embed privacy-by-design and responsible AI practices in product development.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, SCCs, and data-use terms.
• Advise on cross-border data transfers and vendor governance.
• Support DPIAs/PIAs/TIAs and data mapping initiatives.
