Jobgether is seeking a Creative Producer based in Switzerland for a fully remote, product-focused environment. You will drive creative projects across brand, marketing, and product launches, coordinating an internal studio and external partners to deliver high-quality work.

You’ll manage timelines, prioritize requests, and improve workflows, while collaborating with Marketing and Product to align on goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in creative production, project management, or similar in tech, agency, or in-house studio.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with creative pros, tech teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing creative workflows from briefing to delivery.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies and resolve issues proactively.

Responsabilités

• Manage creative projects from briefing through production and delivery, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Coordinate incoming creative requests and support resource allocation based on priorities.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to plan schedules and maintain sustainable production processes.
• Coordinate designers, developers, engineers, copywriters, and external partners to ensure smooth execution across disciplines.
• Define project goals with stakeholders and maintain clear timelines, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and updates to provide visibility into ongoing work and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers early, and implement practical solutions to stay on track.
• Facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and decisions.
