Qualifications

• Education & Experience: 5+ years of sales and/or marketing in medical devices; experience in Surgery and/or Enabling Technology preferred.
• Languages & Mobility: Fluency in English and German; French/Italian advantageous; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform, driving portfolio performance, pricing, product lifecycle, and profitable growth.
• Analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Translate strategy into positioning, value propositions, campaigns, launches, and annual Swiss marketing plans.
