Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Field Marketing Manager for Switzerland, based in Zug. You will own the Swiss marketing strategy for the Surgery platform, drive portfolio growth, and coordinate global and local teams to execute strategic plans and campaigns.

You will lead with market insights, enable sales with training and tools, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and manage the marketing budget to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field or marketing with 5+ years in medical devices sales/marketing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English; German; French/Italian is a plus; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform and drive portfolio growth.
• Develop GTM plans, pricing, campaigns, and product launches for Switzerland.
• Enable sales with compelling messaging and training, and support events.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to track KPIs and budget.
