Qualifikationen

• University degree (Uni/FH).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment.
• Experience specifically in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, CV and/or surgery.
• Fluent German and English language.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-driven, solution-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region.
• Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows.

Aufgaben

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets within the Biosurgery portfolio.
• Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery.
• Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing product lines.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
• Grow market share in the portfolio across the German-speaking region of Switzerland.
• Ensure high-quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product use.
• Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnership, training, and service excellence.
