Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant Surgery in the German-speaking region of Switzerland to advance biosurgery solutions. This field-based role focuses on surgeons, OR teams and hospital stakeholders, delivering high-quality clinical and product support.

You will develop long-term relationships, drive adoption of new product innovations, and work across the Biosurgery portfolio to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• University degree (Uni/FH) required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally medical devices or clinical environment.
• Experience in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, CV and/or surgery preferred.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while achieving sales targets within Biosurgery.
• Provide product consultation and applications in surgery to hospitals.
• Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing lines.
• Plan and deliver workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, buyers, and key decision-makers.
• Grow market share in the German-speaking region of Switzerland.
• Provide high-quality clinical and technical support during product use.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through partnership, training and service excellence.
