Qualifikationen

• University degree (Uni/FH).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices or clinical settings.
• Experience in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, CV and/or surgery.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with proactive selling approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region.
• Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows.

Aufgaben

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the Biosurgery portfolio.
• Provide product consultation and applications in surgery to hospitals.
• Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing lines.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, procurement managers, and key decision-makers.
• Grow market share in the German-speaking region of Switzerland.
• Deliver high-quality clinical and technical support during product use.
• Increase customer satisfaction through partnership, training, and service excellence.
