Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic and transformational initiatives from concept to execution across the Bank.
• Structure complex business problems and define pragmatic, actionable solutions.
• Define roadmaps, governance, operating models, and requirements; coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders.
