• Drive the delivery of key initiatives within the Operations 2030 roadmap from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional programmes involving Operations, Technology, Data Office, HR and Control Functions.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, steering committees and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor programme progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and value creation to ensure successful delivery.
• Challenge existing processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify, optimise and enhance operational performance.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through high-quality analyses, recommendations and presentations.
• Support the implementation of initiatives related to operating model transformation, digitalisation, data, automation and AI.
• Foster alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups in a matrix environment.
