Job summary

Lombard Odier in Geneva is seeking a Chief of Staff for Wealth Planning to align strategy with global priorities and market dynamics. You will prepare high-impact presentations for senior stakeholders and oversee budgeting and governance.

You will lead annual planning, monitor KPIs, drive transformation initiatives, and leverage data tools to support decision-making and performance. Fluent English and French are required; 5 years in a similar strategic role within financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Wealth Planning strategy.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between Wealth Planning and internal/external partners.
• Lead annual planning, monitor KPIs, and governance adherence.
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and P&L tracking.
• Identify risks and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Drive projects and transformation initiatives with timely delivery.
• Use data tools to generate insights and support decisions.
