About the Role:

As a Project Manager , you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Bank by leading high-impact strategic and transformational initiatives from concept through execution. This role goes beyond traditional project management. YOUR PROFILE:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in top-tier management consulting, transformation, strategy, or project management roles within financial services.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and transformation initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar topics and navigate ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure, clarity, and direction to complex situations.
