  • 2–5 years in a leading consulting firm or strategy, transformation, or project management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex topics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and senior leadership exposure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across HR, technology and business functions.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel, and MS 365 proficiency; familiarity with AI productivity tools.

HR Strategy & Transformation Specialist (80-100%) We are looking for a high-potential professional to join our HR Strategy & Transformation team and help drive key initiatives that shape the future of our people agenda. Working closely with HR leadership and senior business stakeholders, you will lead strategic projects across organizational effectiveness, process optimization, digital transformation, and operating model design. This role offers significant exposure to senior management and is ideally suited for candidates coming from consulting, advisory, or transformation environments who are looking to make a tangible impact within a dynamic organization.

YOUR ROLE
  • Lead and deliver strategic HR and transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
  • Structure complex business challenges, conduct analyses, and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive projects related to organizational effectiveness, operating model design, process improvement, workforce initiatives, and HR digitalization.
  • Define project plans, governance frameworks, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and cross-functional working groups.
  • Prepare executive presentations, business cases, decision papers, and project updates.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
  • Support the successful adoption and implementation of transformation initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a leading consulting firm (Big4, strategy, transformation, or advisory) or in a strategy, transformation, or project management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including exposure to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across HR, technology, and business functions.
  • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
