Job summary

Lombard Odier in Geneva is seeking a Chief of Staff for Wealth Planning to align strategy with global priorities and market dynamics. You will prepare high-impact presentations for senior stakeholders and oversee budgeting and governance.

You will lead annual planning, monitor KPIs, drive transformation initiatives, and leverage data tools to support decision-making and performance. Fluent English and French are required; 5 years in a similar strategic role within financial services preferred.

YOUR ROLE:

• Support the development and implementation of the Wealth Planning strategy, aligning with global priorities and market dynamics
• Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders and governance forums
• Act as a liaison between the Wealth Planning and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Lead the annual planning cycle, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and P&L tracking
• Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Drive key projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Leverage data tools to generate insights, support decision-making, and monitor business performance

YOUR PROFILE:

• University education or equivalent
• 5 years in similar position or a similar strategic role within the financial services industry
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Experience working with senior leadership and navigating organizational dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical or strategic content into business-relevant messaging
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and one-team mindset
• Fluency in English and French is required
