As a Business Transformation Manager, you will join the Operations Transformation Office, a small and highly visible team responsible for driving this strategic agenda. Working closely with senior leaders across Operations, Technology, Data Office, HR and Control Functions, you will help shape, coordinate and deliver initiatives that will have a lasting impact on the way Operations operates across the Bank. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, while gaining broad exposure to senior stakeholders and key transformation priorities. As a Business Transformation Manager, you will act as a catalyst for change, ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into measurable results. You will:
You may come from a consulting firm, a transformation office, a programme management function or an operational leadership role within financial services. Proactive and results-oriented professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change. Proven experience in business transformation, consulting, project/programme management or business management. Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering tangible business outcomes. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at multiple organisational levels. Structured and pragmatic approach to problem solving and execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with governance frameworks, portfolio management and executive-level reporting. Considered strong advantages: experience within banking operations or financial services, exposure to operating model transformation programmes, experience in digital transformation, process optimisation, automation, data governance or AI-related initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Fluency in English and French Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
