Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years in a leading consulting firm or strategy, transformation, or project management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex topics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and senior leadership exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across HR, technology and business functions.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel, and MS 365 proficiency; familiarity with AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic HR and transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
• Structure complex business challenges, perform analyses, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Drive projects on organizational effectiveness, operating model design, process improvement, and HR digitalization.
• Define project plans, governance, milestones and success metrics.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to align and decide.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional working groups; prepare executive updates.
