Job summary

General Mills Inc. is seeking a seasoned Market & Category Leader to own market results for Switzerland and Austria, and to guide EUDM category strategy across distributors in Europe.

You will lead a team of three Category Managers and drive profitable growth through strong collaboration, shopper insights, and disciplined execution. You will translate market dynamics into plans, negotiate with distributors, and ensure core sales fundamentals such as pricing, assortment and availability are met.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or a related field.
• Typically 8–10 years of relevant FMCG experience combining category management, sales and market leadership.
• Strong experience with distributors, go-to-market models and P&L performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own Switzerland & Austria market leadership, including annual net sales, gross margin and growth.
• Lead EUDM category leadership, setting strategy, standards and cross-functional priorities.
• Lead and develop three Category Managers, align country plans with the EUDM growth agenda and track KPIs.
