Qualifikationen

• University Degree in Business or a related field.
• Typically 8–10 years of relevant commercial experience in a leading FMCG organization.
• Strong experience with distributors, indirect go-to-market models and P&L-related performance management.
• Demonstrated experience leading people and working in multifunctional, multicultural and matrix environments.
• Strong understanding of category management, shopper and consumer insights, trade dynamics, pricing, promotions, assortment and distribution.
• Strong analytical, influencing, negotiation, presentation and English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own annual Swiss and Austria market performance including net sales, gross margin and sustainable growth.
• Lead distributor Joint Business Plans, targets, performance management, negotiations and contracts.
• Optimize route-to-market and activation across all brands and channels; build distributor and customer capability.
• Provide cluster-level guidance on category priorities while ensuring country-specific ownership.
