Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4-5+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial roles linked to recruitment or IT services.
• Experience in environments where sales activity is closely connected to recruitment delivery, staffing solutions, or service-based consulting models.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Aufgaben

• Identify, qualify, and prioritise new business opportunities in digital transformation, IT services, and recruitment offerings.
• Develop and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, client meetings, needs analysis, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key decision-makers across target accounts.
• Translate client business challenges into recruitment, staffing, or service opportunities with internal teams.
• Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
• Support commercial proposals, rate discussions, and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in CRM.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and repeat business opportunities within existing clients.
