You will partner with architecture, operations, and vendors to implement scalable IT solutions, manage demands, and monitor performance while continuously improving processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in IT business relationship management, project management, or business analysis.
• Ability to align IT initiatives with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Experience in IT demand management, budgeting, and investment planning.
• Strong background in IT service delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with global/regional coordination.

Aufgaben

• Define IT strategy and deploy roadmaps; rollout regional/local IT solutions.
• Support IT demands and governance for new initiatives.
• Develop and manage IT budgets with regional/country management.
• Analyze requirements and recommend technology solutions with architecture teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service quality and value.
• Negotiate SLAs within budgets and align with business value.
• Monitor, report IT service performance and project progress.
• Manage change and escalation during incidents.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation.
