Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Switzerland team in a hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts, build trusted relationships with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to deliver top talent across industries.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, travel to client sites across Switzerland, and provide consultative support on recruitment strategy and market insights. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations in Switzerland.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts and locations in Switzerland.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Source, assess, and engage high-caliber candidates via direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Travel regularly to client sites to support hiring initiatives and stakeholder meetings.
