Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in strategic account management or solution sales of IT services and complex transformation solutions, ideally within the Swiss insurance industry.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for strategic key accounts in the Swiss insurance industry and position isolutions as a long-term partner for digital transformation and secure, value-driven solutions.
• You develop and manage account and growth strategies, identify topics with added value for clients, and lead executive discussions from strategy to implementation.
• You understand insurers’ challenges (claims, underwriting, sales, customer service, operations, compliance) and translate them into transformation initiatives around AI, Data, Automation, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
• You lead demanding customer discussions and sales processes, connect business, IT, and delivery perspectives, and develop compelling, realistic proposals with internal experts.
• You develop existing relationships and identify new areas to create value, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
