Job summary

EPAM Systems in Basel is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engagement Leader to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements for Insurance clients in a hybrid work model. You will own bookings, shape deals and partner with Microsoft and delivery teams to accelerate growth.

This senior role requires a proven track record in closing complex multi-stakeholder cloud deals, strong executive communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across sales, practice and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management with revenue targets.
• Proven track record in closing complex, multi‑stakeholder cloud transformation deals.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and pricing strategies.
• Build executive relationships and collaborate with Microsoft and Delivery teams to drive co-sell and co-delivery.
• Shape strategic deals with architecture oversight and align with EPAM Business Units for growth.
