• Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through to global roll-out, collaborating with regions and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent execution
• Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions that strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and retention
• Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Develop clear, impactful presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and progress to diverse audiences
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery
• Contribute to and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Early Careers
