• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in an operational HR role.
• Consulting experience and ideally strategic HR transformation in a global corporate environment.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• High autonomy with an entrepreneurial, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with digital channels and tools (LinkedIn, careers pages, CMS, Canva, Adobe tools).

• Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through to global rollout with regional and cross-functional alignment.
• Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions strengthening talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
• Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and evidence‑based recommendations.
• Develop clear, impactful presentations communicating insights and progress to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects end‑to‑end including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Early Careers.
