Zusammenfassung

Sika is seeking a Strategic HR Projects Specialist to join the Talent & Employee Experience Team. You will lead cross-functional HR initiatives, from strategic design to global rollout, and partner with regions and senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across Talent Management and Employee Experience.

The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytics, and hands-on execution, with fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

  • Strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on execution.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in an operational HR role.
  • Experience in a consulting role and ideally strategic transformation of HR in a global corporate environment.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Autonomy, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, can-do attitude.
  • Experience with digital channels and tools (LinkedIn, careers pages, CMS, Canva, Adobe tools).
  • Business fluency in German & English.

Aufgaben

  • Contribute to global HR projects from strategical design to execution.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through global roll-out with regions and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions to strengthen talent attraction, engagement and retention.
  • Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Develop clear, impactful presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and progress to diverse audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
  • Contribute to and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Early Careers.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to global projects, from strategical design to execution:

  • Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions that strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and retention
  • Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Develop clear, impactful presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and progress to diverse audiences
