The Centravo Group in Lyss, Switzerland, seeks an HR Business Partner & HR Service Centre (a) 80% to support managers and staff across the employee lifecycle. You will handle recruitment, payroll, and HR administration in a hands-on generalist role.

Qualifikationen

• Generalist HR experience with payroll and advisory tasks.
• Experience in payroll administration.
• Knowledge of Swiss labour law.

Aufgaben

• Advise and support managers and employees on HR matters.
• Support employees through lifecycle from entry to exit.
• Manage recruitment processes.
• Handle HR administration including contracts and references.
• Ensure payroll processing and payroll data changes.
• Maintain personnel master data and HR system data.
• Coordinate HR system adjustments and resolve errors with partners.
• Identify optimisation potentials in HR processes and digital tools.
• Participate in HR projects and develop HR instruments.
