You will work closely with the CEO and founders to push expansion across Europe, build partnerships, and shape the company’s future.

You must have top-tier consulting and operating experience, fluency in German and English, and a track record of turning strategy into action.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years at a top-tier consulting firm with a track record of delivering results.
• 5+ years as operator in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Experience in Strategy, Business Development, Growth or Chief of Staff is a strong plus.
• Academic background from a leading university matters; demonstrable impact.
• Able to own a commercial outcome with measurable results.

Aufgaben

• Develop growth pillars and monetisation models for Europe.
• Prepare market entries, analyses, and go-to-market plans.
• Build strategic partnerships with banks and insurers.
• Own pricing and feasibility of new services and products.
• Drive CEO's strategic projects with clear owners and timelines.
• Design and run management cadence and KPIs.
