• 7+ years in a performance agency (not media buying).
• 3+ years leading a team of 3+ people.
• Deep knowledge of at least 3 marketing channels with CHF 1M+ total managed budget.
• Proven record in client strategy, sales and building data-driven business cases.

Aufgaben

• Be the main point of contact for your clients and build long-term relationships.
• Implement growth strategies across SEO/GEO, paid ads, email, social and more, using AI with the team.
• Coordinate specialists to deliver great work on time and on budget, with high standards and honest feedback.
• Run data and AI-assisted analyses to find growth opportunities and turn them into business cases and new projects.
• Keep an eye on budgets and billing, with support from our finance team.
• Optional: lead the specialist team, including team happiness and recruiting.
