Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Proven experience working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and applicable local language(s).

Aufgaben

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic partners in Switzerland (e.g. ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, commerce and technology partners).
• Acting as their primary commercial contact and trusted day-to-day relationship manager, building long-term relationships.
• Drive partner activation from signed agreement to sustainable commercial performance, ensuring onboarding, training, sales readiness and market adoption.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the existing partner base, including new merchant segments, verticals, regions, channels and cross-sell potential.
• Help partners define and execute go-to-market motions for myPOS, including reseller models, referral programmes, bundled offerings and joint customer-acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, partner communications, case studies, events, webinars, lead-generation initiatives and sales collateral.
• Monitor local market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape.
