what. AG, a Zurich-based digital consultancy, seeks a growth-focused consultant who combines business judgment with AI to diagnose growth blockers and turn insights into actionable plans. This long-term role offers autonomy, support and a clear path to leadership.

You'll own client relationships, implement growth strategies across SEO, paid ads, email and social, coordinate specialists, run data-driven analyses, and manage budgets with finance support. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in a performance agency (not media buying).
• 3+ years leading a team of 3+.
• Deep knowledge of at least 3 marketing channels (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Meta, content).
• Total managed budget of CHF 1M+.
• Native-level German, understanding of Swiss German, fluent English.
• Comfortable using AI as a core tool for analysis, reporting and consulting.

Aufgaben

• Be the main point of contact for your clients and build long-term relationships - you think about their business, not just their campaigns.
• Implement growth strategies across SEO/GEO, paid ads, email, social and more, using AI with the team.
• Coordinate specialists to deliver great work on time and on budget, with high standards and honest feedback.
• Run data and AI-assisted analyses to find growth opportunities and turn them into business cases and new projects.
• Keep an eye on budgets and billing, with support from our finance team.
• Optional: lead the specialist team, including team happiness and recruiting.
