What.-Ag is a Zurich-based digital consultancy helping startups and global brands grow with data-driven AI-powered insights. The role focuses on owning client growth plans, diagnosing growth blockers, and turning insights into concrete projects with autonomy and support.

You'll lead client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools like Claude to deliver measurable outcomes. Hybrid work in Zürich with substantial responsibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in a performance agency (not media buying).
• 3+ years leading a team of 3+.
• Deep knowledge of at least 3 marketing channels (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Meta) with CHF 1M+ managed budget.
• Proven track record in client strategy, sales and building data-driven business cases that clients invest in.
• Native-level German (Swiss) and fluent English.

• Implement growth strategies across SEO/GEO, paid ads, email, social, using AI with the team.
• Coordinate specialists to deliver great work on time and on budget, with high standards and honest feedback.

• Keep an eye on budgets and billing, with support from our finance team.
• Optional: lead the specialist team, including team happiness and recruiting.

What you'll do:

Key & Essential Skills:

• Ideally 7+ years in a performance agency (not media buying), including 3+ years leading a team of 3+.
• Deep knowledge of at least 3 marketing channels (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Meta, content), with CHF 1M+ in total managed budget.
• Proven record in client strategy, sales and building data-driven business cases that clients invest in.
• Native-level German, understanding of Swiss German, fluent English.
• Comfortable using AI as a core tool for analysis, reporting and consulting.
