Qualifikationen

7+ years in enterprise client management.
2+ years as Account Executive with multi-million-dollar sales.
Experience leading matrixed teams across Sales, Consulting, Success and Services.
Fluent in German and/or French.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

Act as strategic advisor to Swiss Public and Telco customers aligning ServiceNow platform to digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.
Own executive relationships from CxO to transformation teams in assigned accounts.
Drive outcome-based account strategy with industry and solution teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Lead enterprise-wide growth, expanding platform adoption across multi-entity organizations.
Deliver measurable business value and ensure revenue targets across licenses, renewals and services.
Develop roadmaps and build capabilities for outstanding customer experience across clients and ServiceNow teams.
Achieve financial targets set for the assigned clients.
