Datadog in Switzerland is seeking a Major Account Manager (EMEA) to drive new business with top clients and expand our footprint. You will manage large enterprise opportunities, build strong executive relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to close deals with clear ROI.

The role requires deep business acumen, a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and willingness to travel regularly across the region in a hybrid, remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience selling to Fortune 100 companies.
• Able to manage a complex, multi-GTM partner account team.
• Experience selling new solutions into existing accounts.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed direct sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into a targeted set of accounts while running an efficient sales process.
• Nurture existing client relationships and grow the Datadog footprint.
• Maintain and own relationship maps for territory including aspirational contacts.
• Develop a deep comprehension of the customer's business and ROI.
• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms by selling value.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and close business with defined steps.
