Job summary

ALO in Switzerland seeks a Sales & Service Manager to join the store leadership team and drive business targets, guest experience, and talent elevation. The role centers on transforming our guest experience into practical actions on the floor and in leadership decisions.

As part of the leadership group, you will manage the Sales & Service team, partner with the General Manager on strategy, budgets, and planning, and ensure a consistently outstanding guest journey.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience within retail or related industry.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities; partner with GM to close gaps.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage with workforce planning.
