Job summary

Fusalp seeks a hands-on Store Leader in Switzerland who will lead from the floor, stay close to clients and the team, and step into operations as needed. You will drive boutique performance, coach staff, and support the Store Manager with daily activity and standards.

Expect to own the boutique during peak periods and manage stock, merchandising and inventories. The role requires premium retail experience, team leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in premium or luxury retail and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of clienteling, sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to coach others and raise team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning indicators into actions.
• Coach and support Sales Associates with daily feedback and hands-on guidance.
• Support the Store Manager in organising daily activity and maintaining standards.
• Take ownership of the boutique when required, including opening/closing.
• Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained.
• Work with the team on stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and daily operations.
