Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations & Visual Manager in Switzerland to drive store operations and visual standards. You will lead a small team, manage inventory and labor planning, and ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.

The role requires strong communication, a hands-on leadership style, and a commitment to the brand values. As part of the store leadership team, you’ll partner with the General Manager on budgets, performance metrics, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business ownership attitude.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team and communicate the brand values.
• Proof of right to live and work in country from start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escape process or system gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinates labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls, in partnership with General Manager; monitor budgets and reporting.
