Qualifications

• Student status: currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
• Language skills: Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• STEM background preferred
• Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office O365

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and grammar checks
• Communicate with internal and external customers and team members in English
• Assist with organizing meetings and events and provide general office support as needed
