Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Strong interest in FMCG, Retail, Sales or Marketing.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Strong MS Office / Google Suite skills (spreadsheets, presentations).
• Hands-on, proactive, organized, reliable and communicative team player.

Responsibilities

• Key Account Management Support: Assist KAMs in day-to-day operations and promotional management for retail accounts in Switzerland.
• Promotional Planning Support: Assist in planning, steering copacking processes, evaluating and tracking promotions and activations.
• Listing & Listing Preparation: Support annual listing negotiations and assortment changes with product sell-sheets, master data, materials and data updates with customers.
• Category & Competitor Tracking: Conduct store checks, monitor competitor activities at POS, and gather shopper insight data.
• Customer Presentation Creation: Draft account-specific presentations, pitch decks, and performance reviews.
• POS & Trade Activation: Support shopper marketing campaigns, POS activations, and secondary displays across retail partners.
• Digital shelf: Manage our digital shelf across owned webpages and retailer e-commerce platforms.
• Retail Media: End-to-end execution and localization of local retail media campaigns with agency coordination.
