Job summary

• Student status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution.
• Language: Excellent English (C1); German (C1) is required.
• Technical: Proficient use of MS Office and document management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update HR data, records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and organizing HR documents and templates.
• Support implementation and monitoring of HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Perform administrative checks to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Prepare HR data for reports and internal reviews.
• Help document and improve HR processes and workflows.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and data protection.
