Kulm Group seeks a skilled cook to lead the staff restaurant at one of its premier Swiss hotels. You will host colleagues, craft menus, and bring fresh, flavorful cuisine to a dynamic team. The role emphasizes teamwork, hygiene, and guest-ready service in a high-altitude luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a certified chef or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in both hot and cold kitchen, ideally in communal catering or the hotel industry.
• A passion for working with people – you enjoy being a host, even for your colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of varied, balanced menus for our team – with attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Being a host in the staff restaurant: welcoming, engaging, and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Menu planning and implementation of culinary theme weeks – your ideas are welcome.
• Combination of buffet service and live cooking.
• Ensuring smooth operations in your section – from mise en place to spotless kitchen closure.
• Adherence to hygiene regulations according to HACCP – cleanliness is second nature to you.
• Close collaboration with the kitchen team, purchasing, and HR – to ensure a great experience for our crew.
