Seasonal full-time position in Switzerland, based in St. Moritz. Ideal candidates have completed hotel training with several years in upscale gastronomy, are comfortable under pressure, and communicate in Greek, German and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising guests on their choice of food and beverages
• Selling and recommending selected wines
• Welcoming and looking after guests
• Breakfast service and à la carte service in the evening
• Various cashier duties (Micros system)
• Daily mise en place tasks
• Managing your own station in the Neora restaurant
• Serving food and beverages
• Participating in weekly training sessions
• Working according to Kempinski standards
