Nexthink seeks an experienced Solution Consulting Manager to lead a team of 6-10 Solution Consultants in the US region, partnering with sales to craft compelling value propositions for executives and technical audiences in enterprise accounts.

You will coach the team, drive a winning sales strategy, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to maximize revenue and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years experience in a SaaS pre-sales role, with 3-5years managing a team.
• Proven experience partnering with a sales organization and meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience leading the introduction of new technology into a new market.
• Knowledge and experience selling cloud/SaaS based technology.
• Superior business acumen and ability to craft creative, pragmatic solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and escalate when needed.
• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication with senior leaders.
• Team player with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of Solution Consultants and provide pre-sales support for opportunities.
• Enable the team to support Nexthink product sales.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning.
• Coach and develop a world class SC team through 1:1s and leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support.
• Attend meetings with customers/prospects as a contributor and coach.
• Lead POV process to ensure successful technical execution and win.
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership on strategy and execution for pursuits.
