Job summary

Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management software, seeks a Corporate/Global Controller to oversee worldwide accounting, reporting, and internal controls. You will drive close processes, audits, and technical accounting for a fast-growing, innovation-driven company.

You will lead a global team, enhance financial systems, and partner with senior leadership to align finance with corporate strategy. Hybrid work model available; CPA and 15+ years of experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
• 15+ years accounting experience including publicly traded and PE-backed companies with revenue > $300M.
• Must have been Corporate/Global controller in a scaled environment.
• 5 years at a major public accounting firm.
• Experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global controllership functions: financial reporting, technical accounting, internal control, revenue accounting, general ledgers, accounts payable, global tax, and financial systems.
• Oversee global consolidated US GAAP audits and local statutory audits.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close including consolidation and financial statement prep.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
• Provide hands-on leadership on technical accounting and accounting memos.
• Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) per COSO.
• Develop, execute, and maintain global financial systems; drive automation and AI adoption.
• Support M&A activities.
• Drive audit committee meeting materials and agenda.
• Collaborate with FP&A on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global team.
